Assess ISM in Your Division

This webpage provides tools Divisions can use to survey ISM implementation. The purpose of these surveys is to understand how well ISM is implemented by line management, Activity Leads/work leads and workers.  Surveying ISM implementation allows management to learn about successes and challenges that workers face and to engage directly with workers to find ways to improve.  This direct engagement and learning is an attribute of a robust safety culture. It is one way to demonstrate our management's commitment to workers, and it is one of the best ways to foster new ideas and generate improvements.
